Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Residency: Open to legal residents of Manitoba, Canada.
• Exclusions: Employees of Vickar Community Chevrolet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor:

This contest is sponsored by Vickar Community Chevrolet, located at 964 Regent Avenue W, Winnipeg, MB, R2C 3A8, Canada.

3. Agreement to Rules:

By participating, contestants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Contest Period:

• Start Date: February 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST
• End Date: March 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter:

Participants can enter the contest through one of the following platforms:

• Facebook: Follow Vickar Community Chevrolet's Facebook Page. Like the contest post. Comment on the contest post by tagging three friends.
• Instagram: Follow @vickarchevrolet on Instagram. Like the contest post. Comment on the contest post by tagging three friends.
• TikTok: Follow @vickarchevrolet on TikTok. Like the contest video. Comment on the contest video by tagging three friends.

6. Entry Limitations:

One entry per person per platform. Multiple entries from the same person on the same platform will be disqualified.

7. Prizes:

• Description: An autographed Team Canada 4 Nations jersey and an autographed Team Canada 4 Nations puck.
• Value: Approximate retail value of $500 CAD.
• Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The winner must be able to personally collect the prize from Vickar Community Chevrolet's location at 964 Regent Avenue W, Winnipeg, MB, R2C 3A8, Canada.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered within five (5) business days after the contest ends.
• Claiming Prize: Winners must respond within seven (7) business days to claim their prize. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants:

By entering, participants grant Vickar Community Chevrolet the right to use their entry, name, likeness, and comments for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Terms & Conditions:

Vickar Community Chevrolet reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest in the event of any technical issues or fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants release Vickar Community Chevrolet, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt of the prize.

12. Disputes:

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

13. Privacy Policy:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Vickar Community Chevrolet Privacy Policy.

15. Winner List:
