We will be closed on Sept 2nd 2019 for Labour Day and you know what that means, it’s very likely that you have a long weekend to enjoy! To help make this one count we have some suggestions of fun activities that you might want to do, you might just have to break out the fall jacket..
Labour Day at the ZOO
Sept 2nd admission for adults and seniors is only $14 (children 4 and under are free). So, bring your friends and family to the Zoo with some outdoor experiences such as Zoo Chats (which will be ending for the season).

The Prairie Dog Central Railway - Lazy Labour Day
Sept 2nd the “Lazy Labour Day” train ride is going on and that is definitely something I can get behind. Tickets are $30.95 for adults and kids are $23.95. Letting you sit back and relax on board the Prairie Dog Central. See the Engineer and Fireman at work while you walk through an 1882 genuine steam locomotive. Check out the Heritage House and East Rosser School before taking a moment in the Church. Hotdogs/Smokies or made-from-scratch baking are available for devouring. The band Fire and Ice will be providing some live music.

The Real Escape Canada
If you are looking for something new check out an “escape room”, get a team of friends together to solve clues and beat the clock with many themed rooms to suit your fancy from Bank Heist to Nuclear Meltdown. $22 per person. Whether you escape or not it’s always fun. And after pose for a fun picture with props!
